that needs to be done on your home (painters, electricians, handyman, etc). If new to the area,
I can provide referrals to physicians, dentists, hair dressers (not Wynn’s!), etc.

emails of your listed house to Realtors who are showing comparable homes and to potential buyers
Coordinate display and
marketing materials for your home and enhance/market your virtual tour
Call Realtors for feedback
on showings and send them to you
Weekly and monthly updates
on showings, viewings and hits on various websites and search engines
Transaction Management –
set up closing times and track contract dates & deadlines
Wynn and I have lived in Fort Collins since 1989 and consider it living in paradise! It is a wonderful place to raise our daughters, Laura Jo and Kyndall, and be a part of a fabulous community. I was a dental hygienist for 18 years and now enjoy my role as assistant to Wynn and our clients (or as Wynn calls me…The Boss!). Outside the office I love hiking, walking with friends and our dog, bowling, community service and volunteering at my daughter’s school.
